I've seen another comment mentioning the same thing, but if you are on the report tab, click over to the analysis tab and undo the self-analysis checkbox at the top of the page. There may be a message that says "User not allowed access to analysis", but it should work fine. Let me know if it works!
Basic analysis no longer showing which moves are mistakes, innacuracies, blunders, etc.
Seeing you mention the premium trial makes me wonder if the problems I am having are intentional. My settings vanish every time I log off. I have no membership and wonder if this is a new feature trying to get me to pay. It might work; but I want to know for sure. Is everyone on this thread a member, but not just premium. Or, are some of you non-members like me? If so ... is this happening to you?

Yea .........happened with me too............quite annoying tbh,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

I'm a platinum user and the analysis here shows only numbers, and not numbers, words or anything. Lichess, which is free, shows the arrows, no problem.
I've noticed that ever since I started getting the new popup offering 7 days of free premium, the basic analysis usually doesn't work as it used to. Now when I click on basic analysis and it does a game report, I see three lines of play that the computer is grading a score for, but the moves in the list no longer have the colours that indicate blunders, mistakes, etc. and the moves are not labeled as such on the board the way they usually are, (with "best moves" given a green and white star icon
Has this been changed to remove these features or is my account glitching?
