I have the same issue. Thanks for the tip to go in detail to trigger them!
Best Move Arrows don't appear

I still have this issue but while going on the "details" tab shows the arrow it also disappears when I go back to the "review" tab. I am using Google Chrome 109.0.5414.74 on Linux Machines (Noticed this on 3 systems). If I try it out in the same Browser on Windows everything is fine.

Have had this issue since I started playing on chess.com. Any solutions? Would be so helpful for my game reviews.

I have this issue. When using game analysis, post post game or during new game analysis, the possible move arrows do not appear, even though in the settings I have everything as checked. I tried in both Firefox and Edge.
My app does show the arrows in 'Analysis', in all modes. It's just not showing when I play via the browser.
Would expect this to work given that I'm paying for the app. Anyone know of a fix? The above 'tricks' are not working for me.

I have this issue as well. The lines appear, but the arrows don't. I have "show best move" enabled, and I tried toggling it off and back on, no effect. Switching to Details didn't help either.

On the Analysis tab click the settings icons and verify Show Best Move is enabled on the Interface tab.

I have the same issue. On the app version the recommended arrows show up, but on the browser version there seems to be no option to turn them on.

Same here, working on Android App but not on Chrome Browser. I have the Show Best Move option is enabled.

Same Issue, using chrome on mac, i have the "Show best move" selected in settings, but the button at the bottom right is greyed out.

Yikes, I thought it was just me. It stopped showing arrows for best moves about a week or so ago. I was so confused.
When opening analysis from post game, the new window that appears does not appear to show the best move arrow once the analysis is ready. The best move is still shown and correct just no arrow drawn on the board.
I can get the arrows to appear by first clicking on the "details" tab. Now if I go back to the Analysis tab, the arrows appear as expected.
Anyway I can fix this? Or is this a bug in the site?
