Block countries

Can I block certain countries? Lag is a huge issue in bullet games and some countries/regions seem to have an huge advantage in bullet games.

No, you can't block by countries. Those are self-reported anyway. 

Exactly. My bullet rating against Americans is over 150 points worse. I can't keep an eye on the time when playing 1 minute bullet. I always try to play at least as fast as my opponent. When I look at the clock in the middlegame against an American, I am already 20 seconds behind...
