Blocked account with premium membership

Chess.com support does not respond about my closed account with yearly premium membership so i must write here. Do you have guys any suggestions what i need to do in order to have at least explanation why i paid to be blocked without explanation?

It can take a few days to get a reply from support. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders in case their reply gets filtered.

That said, the profile will have a general closure reason with a link to an article that explains possible causes.

So if your account with premium gets banned, does your money go down the drain?

Depends but that discussion would need to happen with support if an account closed had premium.

They are just ignoring me, they declare that usually it spent 1-2working days to respond and there is more than a week and i haven t any answer even in spam. I don t know what terrible i done that there is no guidance what to do. Just blocked without any sentence.

When you say "blocked", what does that mean? Is the account closed so you can't log in to it?If so, the symbol on the account should indicate whether it was a Fair Play or Abuse closure.

Is the account still active but you can't log in? Sometimes Chess.com will change the password on an account if they don't want a public closure, such as for titled players.

Is it active, you can log in, but can't play any games or post in the forums? The latter might be a mute for some reason, but I've never heard of the first situation happening here.

I dont know maybe i rage quit one game, I dont regularly abuse people.... But no warning no explanation... I don t threatened anyone. I am trying to improve, sometimes to hard, but this is too much. Chess.com doesn t care about many high level cheaters and this stupid thing they resolve so fast and so hard.... It is so funny... Without any response... I am very courious about excuses what they will create.... I am very angry in this topic. I want refund and i will go away.

That happened to me as well, it was my most precious, old, and hard working acount , but I got banned for some reason.

So that account has been closed for abuse, which covers a whole range of things - a mod may be able to tell you more, but ultimately only Support can give you any "official" answers. How did you go about logging your query? If you go through the help channel on the site, you supply an email and they immediately send an automated acknowledgement email - if you don't see that email then you need to check in the junk folder and if you don't see it there then there's some other issue and you should log another ticket.

Chess.com is doing an enormous amount of work and the whole point is automating the easy to identify ones - whether that's cheating or abuse. "High level" stuff is harder to detect and less obvious and is going to take more time and evidence before actioning, but they definitely do it.

No, he's just the most helpful, consistent and patient mod on here who's been around for more than 13 years. Definitely don't listen to THAT guy!

What you call "excuses" are generally perfectly reasonable explanations, it just seems that folks want to ascribe malicious conspiracies to the site and the company.

I just care about solution. I just want to know what to do. Do I have to pray for Gods of chess or what. I get automated response, but there is nothing what I can do. I can get you also general reasons which are reasonable and possible options of your sins and you can choose from them whatever you want.

I believe, but I don t know how this company works in large amount abuse, cheating cases when they just lock people out without warning. It is simple solution to every problem just lock people out. I am not complicated case. I just one or few time rage quit when I had very bad day. It is too complicated to understand? I think almost every chess player once or few times did that thing. I think chess.com just have less people and overworked which don t have time in normal things. You can create complicated case in this, you can complicate almost everything if you want.

And your case was resolved? Certainly is it too complicated to resolve for automated general response You are just very bad person and that s it. Block. Thats support.
