Brazil bank security "GAS Tecnologia/warsaw" freezing chess.com

Don't know if this is something that you are aware but Brazil security bank app called "warsaw" (used by many financials institutions) affect chess.com game experience to a point that it lags the game to some unplayable scenario.

- I think you guys should get a Brazilian developer to run some diagnosis on this.

What are you running in the background that it thinks chess.com its a bank connection anyway?

I'm asking a staff member about it, but not sure they have anyone that would be able to check it.

Can you disable the plugin while playing? Or play in incognito/private mode with it disabled?

I've completely removed the plugin from my desktop when I identified the issue... and that did the trick.

But maybe get someone to look at this the better as cpu usage spikes to very high levels.

I looked at that plugin and it is apparently very intrusive.
