[BUG] 4 Player Chess is so buggy it is unplayable

Posting this here because the Bug Reporting Tool doesn't work for me (and other people)

Up until a week ago 4PC was enjoyable. Then some bugs started to appear and currently it is very rare to be able to play a game until the end.

- More often than not one of the players can't even play the first move, presumably because they are not directed to the bord when the game starts

- Even if the players manage to get the first move in, often mid-game one of the players stops moving and their clock runs down to 0.1 seconds and then the game freezes. The only ways to thaw the game is to resign (and lose rating points) or wait until the game gets cancelled.

- Sometimes a player seems to get disconnected even if they are connected to the game

This is something that is very specific for 4 Player Chess and doesn't happen in regular games. Problems started a few days ago, maybe a week. Bugs seem to occur more frequently every day and at this moment it is virtually impossible to start a game and finish it.

Apparently the 4PC bug is fixed. I was able to play a few games without any issues.
