Hiya, when this happens are you using the Android app or did you delete the messages through the app but see them on the webite?

I'm on IE 11 and same thing. Our whole team of chess.com players can't delete either. It looks like it is everyone on chess.com
Can't delete? Click on Help & Support and report it. (be nice) The more that let them know the better. Tell them if it is your phone, or home computer, so they know. Thanks.

We're very sorry, there were some UI changes required in preparation for v3; messages currently can't be deleted.
Same on Opera 22. Hope it will be fixed soon.

Does this mean we can't delete messages until then? 
When I try to delete my messages, it says I deleted 25 messages but my messages are still there and won't be deleted. Please fix this bug chess.com.
