Bughouse "Spamming"

I got muted for 60 minutes for "spamming" my partner in a bughouse game. I obviously need to talk to my partner, so why do I get flagged for spamming? This is ridiculous and makes we want to play on other websites that don't have such ignorant rules.

Hi, @NickjWebster. We have auto-mutes for spam in Live Chess because we would not be able to control it without them. If this happens again you can contact support@chess.com.  

@trymchess This needs to be modified for partner games like Bughouse where communication needs to go to a partner. I understand not spamming opponents in regular chess, but partner chat should not be filtered for too much chatting.

Sign that you need to learn how to mind read - best bughouse partnerships - words need not be spoken - you just have to know?!

@TrymChess I've used that feature to make suggestions like adding Crazyhouse stats history. It would be super easy to fix, but is a feature that chess.com refuses to make for some reason. Pointless!

i used the symbols to convey something and i got warned

Chats should filter bad words and bad content only

Happened to me too.

Basically, if you spam symbols, say, the stall symbol, multiple times in a row, it auto mutes you. 

I think the only fix is to not spam it, just click it once or twice. 

Still waiting on this. Worst community support ever.
