Can I cancel my annual plan?

I took the 7-day free trial of chess to test the platform without having to commit financially, as I don't have the financial resources to pay the monthly fee for any of the plans, and I was surprised to see the bill on my credit card charging the annual fee. I simply can't afford this debt. I contacted support yesterday as soon as I realized what had happened, especially since it was my first registration, so I have the support of the cancellation and refund policy, right? Furthermore, I'm afraid that support won't solve my problem. Could anyone tell me something?

Me neither, but maybe you would like to be a friend. Then we can be 2 in a friends and family plan. You only pay $3.75 per month. Would you do that? I would. We just need two more people. But no, I agree, $10/month is too much and treating individuals like this charging two and a half times the amount is price gouging.

I'll wait for the support to respond and see what their stance is regarding cancellation. But if it's your first subscription and you're still within the first 30 days, you should contact them to request cancellation too. I hope everything works out, keep updating me!
