can i have multiple accounts?

i have a lot of siblings, and some of them play chess aswell. my question is, is it allowed to have multiple chess.com accounts under the same IP adress? i saw older posts stating that you can't, but we wont play against eachothr rated games, or cheat, etc. Thank you!

Multiple accounts by family members on the same devices/connection are allowed but should not play rated games with each other.
