You can't delete accounts. Your games are part of the database and deleting them for you would require deleting them for all your opponents.
However, you can close your account and start a new one. Clising doesn't delete the games.
Can we create a "NEW" chess account after deleting the previous account "PERMANENTLY"

If you close your account with the GDPR process it will get renamed at some point in that process and you would be able to create a new account with the same username if it doesn't get taken before then.
