cancel membership and provide Refund

If that does not answer your question, then just read the whole page and look for a link to cancel your membership. You can only get a refund, if this is your first time you paid for a Premium membership. If you have paid for a Premium membership before, I don't think you can refund your Premium membership now. I found all this by going to the link and going down to "Refunds."

I would like to request a refund.  I was signed up for a year instead of a month and have not heard back from customer service yet.  I've played maybe 5 games since I've had the service.  Refund please.  I am not satisfied.

I got charged for 49.99$ a week ago and the membership is not active now.

Either cancel the charge or activate the membership.

I have written many support tickets and got no response. 

There is no contat number to call and figure out what's going on.

I was charged $99 after I cancelled! File a complaint with the BBB and attorney general of California. if you do this before your actual 30 days is up you have a rock solid paper trail. If you search the Internet there are so many users that are not receiving refunds maybe we just need to tie that together in a class action lawsuit. then chess.com, if they lose, will have to provide all past customers with refunds that had them coming. Also charge back if you used PayPal, credit card or Google.

Hi Admin, 

I got charged $49 for a year plan, but I wanted to sign up for the $7 monthly plan, not the year plan. Is there any way that I could get refunded the $49 and then charged for the month plan? I play on Chess.com all the time, and I'm happy for the upgrades, but I accidentally signed up for the wrong plan. I have in fact signed up for a membership before, so I know that I can't get a full refund, but it would be really great if I could switch plans.

Hi sir me raz my user id Raz-123 i m a gold class member i lost my 1875 Indian money today because of membership i thought it was monthly basis payment but they deduct 1875 from my account please help me to cancel my membership and if it is possible then return my money thanks
