Just give them a little time. 3 days was the start of the weekend and with the pandemic the number of tickets have increased, causing an increase in time to get all the tickets.

I have already done so. It has been 3 days.
They're taking a bit longer than usual to get back to people because of the growth in membership: it's normally about 3 business days, so it doesn't include the weekend, and currently I think it's up to about 7 days. You should also have received an automated acknowledgement of your request in the email inbox you gave them - please make sure you got that as well, or they might have trouble contacting you.

Hello. I got the free trial for the diamond membership and didn't cancel it, thinking it would only charge me $8 for a month. Instead it charged me $99 for a whole year which was way more and longer than I had wanted. I need this to either be switched to a monthly subscription with a refund of the difference, or a full refund and removal of my premium membership. Thank you.
