Canceling Subscription

So I have spent over an hour attemtping to find the proper methodology to cancelling my subscription. Here is the breakdown of what I have done, or tried to do:

1) I have gone through every link in the Customer Support section regarding subscription or account cancellation. I have clicked the buttons that cancel a subscription on the account management tabs and the only thing that shows up is that my sub will be cancelled effective 1 year from now...

2) I have attempted to use the 'contact us' form in the customer service department, and regardless of what I do it will not actually send the message. The 'send' button appears as a empty link and doesn't even refresh the page.

Goal: I was hoping to have this issue resolved so that I wouldn't have to go through my credit card block subscription list, but any help here would be greatly appreciated. I am just trying to avoid the auto billing that continues to hit my credit card.
