recently im getting this error when i go for open challenges.. i got the warning message in chat box for so long. but i dint knw wat it is.. actually wat i did is aborted many challenges by seeing points.. i played only with whom having more points than me. so that i get more points after winning.. this is what i did. but now only i find that is wrong by seeing fair play policy.. now what can i do to get back the game to play as usual?

A huge amount of people come here to play, and a lot of what they are getting is people accepting their challenge only to then abort for no apparent reason.

In Live Chess in your New Game tab, and the Game Type settings, you can set it there as to who can (what ratings the opponents must have) accept your challenges.

This way you decide which games you get so you won't need to abort them.

You will still be able to play games with friends or accept direct challenges.

With each game you play without keeping your opponent waiting, aborting the game or disconnecting from the game, the restriction will lower.

I'm banned from playing live chess for aborting games after one move. My fault as not aware of policy. My question: as I have no friends that play chess (hence can't get my fair play rating up) does this mean I'm banned for life?
