Cannot log in phone app

Hello everyone

Today i tried to log in to my account on the phone app but i couldn´t. The problem that occurs says" we were unnable to create your account, please contact support to resolve this" it looks like the app says i'm trying to create an account when im only trying to log in.
Any help will be much appreciated.

It sounds like you were trying to log in on the new account page. You wouldn't be able to set up a new account with the same user name.

Find the log in link and try that one instead.

No, im not on the new account page, thats why the message of the problem is so weird.

If you see from the image the "create new account page"link is on the upper right corner, and "iniciar sesión" means log in.

Did you put in your username/password or are you trying to use the Facebook/Google login options? The latter two will only work if you already have them linked to your account.

Today when i opened chess.com it was showing - " google sign in unexpected playload exception" and I can not play any game . I uninstalled and installed again but now I can't log in its showing the same text ' google sign in unexpected playload exception ' . Idk why is this happening to my account

What version is your app? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?
