Cannot log in to chess.com email .. Need Help !

Hi,

When I tried to log in to my Chess.com Email Link on my Profile Page just now

  here,

it opens in a New Window and says this :

What did you do the last time that you signed off on this site as it be a computer glitch

Assuming you've registered it, you should use the full address you registered, including the @chess.com.

No, enter your username and password only to enter on chess.com. Everytimes else is doubtful. So, better no mail than fishing victim!

Yeah,I was wondering if the message is from chess.com or not .. I don't know .. I haven't been able to access my chess.com email for a while now coz of this .. I dare not enter my info on that page.

So how can I enter my chess.com email page now ?

Does everyone get to go automatically to their chess.com email page when they click on their email link on their Profile Page ( like before) ?

Me, if I click on message I get to go automatically on my messages without log in anything.  Maybe you can go see your settings in your account or send a question to chess.com about that!

I have to log in using the form you provided the image of in your first post.

I cannot just enter my e-mail handle without the @chess.com either, I need the fully qualified address in order to log in.  Note that your e-mail handle is not necessarily the same as your username, depending on what you registered.

Once in, I have access to my @chess.com e-mail.  I wouldn't worry about whether the page is legitimate or not -- it is.

So the Password required is the same Password as for our chess.com login ?

.. but you could use it ( yr Chess.com Login Password ) to log in ?

Another alternative, is to ask the staff, what the password is, that way, you are protecting yourself from any further problems. I think it would be worth a try if you feel uneasy about it.

I think I juz read on another similiar Forum Thread that we cannot log in if we have not been active with our Chess.com Email account for some time and we can't use it anymore.
