Cannot Sign In To Email

I cannot sign in to my Chess.com email account.

My email is [not posted here]

I even tried to sign in on a different computer.

When I go in and click the New Email button (by the username) it says this:

I've synchronised your login now, so the password you use to log into chess.com is the same one on the @chess.com emails. Can you try now please and let me know if you are, or are not able to access your emails on the site.

Also, "don't tell me what it is" but does your login password have any special characters in it like these * & ^ % $ @ ' ? > <    If it does, you may need to change the password as the @chess.com email may have problems registering it.

My password doesn't have special characters. I get the same message when I try to login.

Yes rooperi, and no special characters as the email client we use doesn't like them :(
