cannot upgrade membership for my kid's account

hi all, I would like to upgrade my kid's account, as he is a family member the app prompt "ask your parent" and said "an adult has to complete this transaction from the profile". However, as a parent, I cannot see any request for me to approve. Anyone got similar issue? how to solve it?

I think they just want kids to get parent permission before signing up for things that cost money.

If you help your child add the credit card for billing, everything will be fine.

One option would be to just gift the membership to the account.

I am a kid an my mom and dad both cant see what it wants us to do still it just says " an adult

/ I haven't seen that particular screen.   Could you post a screenshot of it? (Please edit out your actual credit card numbers/ name/ address, etc.)

Hi, I had the same issue, but as a workaround: you can log in to your kids account on PC/Mac and do the subscribtion there. There is no parent-approval request there. And all subscribtions will be visible on the app as well.

Try to subscribe through computer!
