cannot upgrade membership for my kid's account


I think they just want kids to get parent permission before signing up for things that cost money.
If you help your child add the credit card for billing, everything will be fine.

One option would be to just gift the membership to the account.

Hi, I had the same issue, but as a workaround: you can log in to your kids account on PC/Mac and do the subscribtion there. There is no parent-approval request there. And all subscribtions will be visible on the app as well.

Try to subscribe through computer!
