Can't chat in live chat please help

I've had this account for quite a while, and whenever I try to chat, that message shows up. I can't send any messages in any game, even when others can. Can someone help me, please? Thanks!

that message really needs to be fixed. so basically it says ur account needs to be open for some time but it also means u need to play a certain amount of games in order for u to be able to chat. 

This site has a problem of people constantly making new accounts so that precautions there to prevent abuse. just play a couple dozen games u'll see ur access to chats opened. I checked ur account and u dont have many games played.

Just as a sidenote. You don't need to worry about playing more games once your account is allowed to comment. you just need the initial amount of games to unlock the chatting ability. You don't need to play a single game afterwards from what I'm aware.
