I always delete games from my game history, they're just games against bots. I get up to half a dozen or so and then go through and delete them all. Today the delete game function isn't working. Any ideas/solutions?
After you delete, wait a few minutes and look again. It can take a little time to get removed
Nope, still there. Usually when I delete a game there appears at the top of the screen a green bar that conforms the deletion. That isn't happening today.
The Chess.com support is useless. I ask it why all of a sudden I can't delete bot games from my history, and up come articles about how to save games instead. I really need those bot games gone from my archive and there's no help to be had here. If you're paying for a service and the service develops a problem, isn't it fair to want the people who run that service to fix it?
