Can't login to Chess.com app?

Becoming a beta tester didn't make the app work again or give me a download option and nothing changed after I uninstalled the app and joined the beta testing again. Only says "your device isn't compatible with this version". 

I have run into the same problem and tried to downgrade to an old version through apknite store

Account just logging out automatically. 

I just had the same thing happen to me now.

I'm having a problem on my android where I cant log on. It is an S11 and it keeps saying that it is having trouble connecting to a server. At first, it wouldnt load my latest game archives, so I signed out and tried signing back in. Now, it wont even let me sign back in for the same reason. Any help?

Earlier today I lost my ability to play live chess agains an opponent of similar skill. I don't know what happened.......

Hi - I have a similar problem but when I am on 4G, it is no problem. When I am on my home wifi, there is an issue - any ideas - do i need to change any modem settings or anything so the app can find the servers?

Cannot log in on my iPad.I have tried clearing cache etc…any fixes?

I cannot login on my Chess.app - it works via the web, but not the app - it claims wrongly that it does not have internet access when I am using WiFi, but it works on 4G/5G

For chess.com support - last 2 weeks or so I was logged out by ? And when I tried to log back in there was no easy place to log in all it took me to was pages to sign up. I finally found a log in button by googling the issue and it took me to this form where I found a log in option at bottom left. *I am on iPad IOS 17.4.1

The sign-in option isn't on the main app page. Hasn't been for a long time, on Android at least. There's a login option in the Sign up page
