i just can play with mobil app not laptop or pc

Well, I still can't figure out why I can't start a new game and I haven't gotten any messages about being restricted for breaking rules, so I will just go elsewhere. Good luck in your games.
It just tells me it's searching and never finds an opponent. Also my rating at the bottom next to my name says 400, but that doesn't match my profile rating. Hope you guys can get it figured out.
I don't know if this thread is still open but I do have this problem on a specific computer only. I mean, using my account I can play on several computers but I can not on my main computer. I just wonder why...
