Moderators can't see details on your account. However, it may be that you don't have enough recent games under the time control where you're trying to challenge the players.

I've played over 500 games the last two months. The time control I've experienced this being an issue is blitz and I play a lot of blitz games on a daily.

Wow, that is extremely odd, if this continues, I would suggest asking chess.com staff about it via email. They normally respond to my concerns pretty quick.

Hello!
So everytime when I try to challenge a titled player or any player with some sort of membership it gives me the message: "Challenge Failed. You are unable to challenge Titled and other protected players until you have played more games".
I had this issue when I first registered on the site which I also made a forum post about but it turns out it only happened because my account was brand new and it restricts me from playing these players due to suspicion of cheating or whatever, and that's fair.
Although I thought after playing over 27k games on the site I wouldn't have this issue again but here I am today, logging on today receiving this message after issuing my first challenge of the day. I can't get paired up with anybody in the pool either so I can't really get a game going pretty much, and I did not have this issue yesterday.
I've come across this issue a couple times before but I think it's just for cheating protection of some sort because it always happens when I've won 5 games in a row but whenever I'd lose or draw somebody it would go away and I can go back to creating challenges like usual. However today I am not on a winning streak, in fact I've lost one game but the error still continues to pop up.
Could a moderator have a look on whats going on with my account, if it's wrongfully labeled for suspicion of cheating or bad sportmanship or something because I have no idea what's going on. I literally can't get a game going and it only started happening as of today.
