Challenges not working

You can cancel any that haven't been accepted for a while

To now not working

This problem has resurfaced.  I haven't had any of my open challenges accepted since this morning.  I've deleted cookies, and signed off and back on to no avail.

If you're talking about daily, that means no one is accepting them. Games don't get paired if there's not a compatible seek and will sit in the Open Challenges section until someone accepts them or a compatible random seek is entered.

Martin-Stahl - my challenges are usually matched in under 1 or 2 minutes -- often in 1 or 2 seconds.  But right now even after over night they aren't being matched.

There appears there may he an issue and it's been mentioned to staff.

Having the same issue. I've not had any daily challenges get matched in a few days. No problem getting rapid or bullet matches.

Same. Daily challenges are not being matched.  iOS iPad version.

Also for the last several daily games that were successfully matched, the games were unrated even though I selected rated game.  Is this happening to anyone else?

Yes, and staff are looking into (at least) the first problem.  There's another open conversation about it.

As a former programmer I can tell you that these problems always arise when some enhancement that nobody wanted was implemented.

I'm having the issue in the android app

In this particular instance, it may be due to some optimization work being done, but I know they're still looking into it for the root cause and how to fix.

I think this has been fixed, though it may take a little time for old seeks to get auto-paired when new ones come in.
