Changing my Profile Picture

hi. you need to save the changes you make in your profile. there is a "save changes button" at the bottom of the page.
I save the changes at the bottom of the page and when I see my own home profile, it shows the updated profile picture. When I view the public profile, it shows my current picture profile and it hasn't updated. Hence the reason why I posted.
This is my new profile picture:

Why is there a difference? Just curious. Pressing f5 doesn't help.
Yeah, thanks. Sorry the "f5" button did help. It took ages to figure it out. Apologies, but I got through it again. Eventually it worked. Thanks everyone.

How can I update my picture? I have tried but it doesn't appear to have been updated. Any help or support would be appreciated.

If you go onto your homepage.
Click on the area that shows your current avatar. This opens your 'Edit Profile page.

Ok, from here, you will see a box marked "Browse" click on that and a box appears showing you different files and programs on your own computer. What you need to do, is locate the photo you want to add as your new avatar.
The image must be 200 x 200 pixels and must be either a gif, jpeg or png image. (if you're having problems I suggest trying png format)
If its on your computer desktop, click on the photo, then on "ok" on that box.
This then enters the text location into that Browse box ..
Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click the box marked "Save Changes"
Go back onto your homepage, and press the keyboard keys Ctrl and F5 and your picture should then appear :)
If it doesn't, click on the link below for me please? You'll see a large white page with the text in the corner saying 'chess.com cookies cleared'. Once you see that, close the browser then re-open it and log back in

I let my wife do it....
Hello. I changed my profile picture and it does show on my own home chess page. However, when I look at my public profile my new profile picture is not showing and it is still showing the old one. How can I update my picture? I have tried but it doesn't appear to have been updated.
