Changing the rating options of who you play?

Hi everyone! Recently I have been struggling to change the rating settings of who I want to play. I liked the idea of playing people only better than me and wanted to change it, but when I start a new game, it always searches for someone -200 +200 my rating. Any help would be much appriciated!

I'm searching by changing the settings in live chess :)

In the time-control drop down menu in live chess select Custom then click on Rating Options which is just above the Start Game button.

how to set YOUR rating in games?

You can't set your rating; you get your rating by playing rated games.

You can set a rating range if your opponents for random challenges
