Because it is on both the normal pages adn live chess. I have lost at least 1 game because of a pop up ad...I am a premium member so this shouldl not occur.

You need Ad-Blocker on your computer.
I do have ad blocker...but I still get those pop ups.
well that's a new one on me. can't help you.
Sigh I found the problem it was some pop up that i accidentally clicked on that was part of a chess.com button. It basically spammed chrome. I have the problem fixed for now.
Somehow whenever I click the chess.com home button it brings up a pop up that spams chrom with ads everywhere.
Well atually they were disguised as a chess.com ad. Sneaky people these days.

marie, quit being a snob. He's a paying member and has benefits. One of those benefits is no ads. I know this wasn't the problem but your attitude was unnecessary. Try being helpful or don't post at all.

I like it when it does that because it reminds me of everything I have! 
I KEEP getting ads and i have a paid membership. I would like to know why this is and that when willit be fixed.
