Cheater is not getting banned. platinum member

Premium membership status has nothing to do with whether or not a member gets closed.
If you reported the member, fair play staff will decide on what to do based on the account and the likelihood they have been using disallowed resources.

if you are paying and have a good reputation within the community you usually have immunity to cheating bans unless its extremely obvious
i know a few cheaters who have admitted it to me and they still live among the forums due to good reputation and they are a paying member

playing on lichess gives you a much healthier mindset. you arent so worried about losing 8 elo from a game or losing -2 from a draw and you are on chess.com. the community on lichess is much more peaceful and less hostile and is not as closed on talking about cheating as chess.com is . also lichess is not pay to get better, also the studies, puzzles, and other supports are free and are great for learning/researching openings

This is absolutely not true. The site closes both premium and titled players.

Saying they did and actually doing are two different things. It's possible they did and staff will handle if their checks indicate such.
If you have reported, then it's up to staff. That all said, discussions of cheating, potential cheating, or cheat detection are not allowed in the general forums and since this is attracting additional commentary on the subject, I'm locking.
