I played a game against a player called [removed -- MS] just now and all of their moves were played in about one second and their accuracy was super high, so I suspected them of perhaps using an engine to play.

I looked at their account and saw that, even though they are 1300 rated, most of their games are against 100-800 rated players, averaging at around 400 perhaps. Because of the rating difference, neither player receives any rating points in these games.

Why would someone do this? Especially a cheater? Wouldn't they want to play high-rated people and get a high rating themselves??
