Chess.com Arrows Not Working.

Sometimes, I can't draw arrows to certain squares. Can Chess.com fix this?

Is it always the same squares? A certain browser? Have you tried in an private/incognito window to rule out cache and plugin issues?

I've just quickly tested, and it works in private windows, but only when I am not logged in. The arrows don't work on a4, b4, c4, d4, e4... 

It appears the arrows don't function properly when I am logged in. Strange.

Update:
I have actually found the issue that is causing the arrow bug. It's the coordinates, and whether it is set on the inside or outside. For some reason, when the coordinates are on the outside, the glitch seems to occur for me. When the coordinates are set to be on the inside of the board, the issue seemingly disappears. Huh. Strange.

Cant draw arrows when I have outside board coordinates combined with arcade animations. Why is this still a thing?

yeah, the issue is only when you have acrade mode on and outside coordinates.

If you need aracde mode then you need to enable inside coordinates.

@CutAFoot, thanks for finding out @bernhaaard peculiar indeed... crazy it has not been fixed until today. @IMAdhrit I had the arcade disabled and coordinates outside and it was still bugged

Check in from March 2024, this bug still exists, this still fixes it.
