You need to use the same email that you registered with. That is the main way they identify you as the legitimate account owner.

I wrote to support somtime like at late May or early June, and yeah I checked for an email they said the email I used wasn't the right email so I filled out the IP form, and still haven't heard back.
Hmm, I don't know what an ip form is. I am guessing that they would look up your account based on your IP.
But it seems to me that the account you made this thread on is 2 years old and you are only supposed to have one account.
