chess.com iPad App not working

Hello all,

It’s two days that chess.com iPad app doesn’t work. I tried to restart both the app and the device but the app is always loading on the first screen.

At the same time, iPhone app or desktop page work properly.

What version is the app?

Both iPad and chess.com app updated to the latest version.

You might try uninstalling and reinstalling on the non-working app. 4.1.2 is the newest app, which was just released yesterday.

Thank you. Finally I tried to reinstall the app and now it’s working fine.
