chess.com member support ignoring messages/mails?

Hello I had written about the problem of clicking on 'Are you sure you want to Resign?' *twice* everytime on the android app. As such resigning is a frustrating action and on top of it have to click on resign confirmation twice sometime even thrice. The support did not bother to respond for several days even after reminders. Finally one support staff replied as a message that they have turned off 'confirm resign' option in my account. My bad I didn't check this setting before. Now here's the main issue. That setting does not work. Even after removing / reinstalling the app, it still asks for confirmation on resigning. Have sent follow up messages on it once again nobody bothered to respond. Is this how chess.com member support actually works?

There is a confirm resign option in the website settings.

I don't see it in the Android app settings.

There is a "confirm each move" option in android settings. I don't think that resigning is considered a move.

If someone changed the website settings for you, I don't think it will affect the behavior of the Android app.

Confirm resign pop up is fine but problem is it asks so twice everytime. If I click yes it asks again are u sure. So have to click on yes twice. On Android that is.

I have also been ignored when sending emails to support. Before chess.com was sold, they would respond with an auto reply and then a couple of days passed before a real person responded. Now, it is full ghost time. I get the auto reply and nothing after that.

I don't think they were sold.  They got an investment, that's all.  If anything, that should have helped to improve responsiveness because they have hired so many new people.

The auto replies I have seen generated by the Contact Us form usually indicated a person assigned to answer.   Did that happen?  How long has it been since you wrote and is there something I can possibly help you with?

Hi, thanks for writing. I asked about rankings, why my ranking has not changed in a year even though I play bots rated 1000 to 1300 and win about half the time. I used to play 600 rated bots when I started. I have written to them twice with no response. Also, I have played a lot of games and most are not listed.

Bot games aren't rated and don't affect your rankings (which show your rankings among rated players.)

Bot games are also not saved unless you manually save them by clicking the save button or run an analysis on them.

I see, thank you.
