I recently (4-5 days ago) requested a refund for my yearly subscription as I had picked the wrong one. The email said they would get back to me in 2-3 days, but I waited for an extra 2 days because I knew it was holiday time. However, I have not gotten a reply back. I just want to make sure my request went through or if they are in the process.

You should check your junk/spam folders to make sure you haven't already been contacted but it could take longer than expected for to the holidays and increased ticket loads.
