For a week I've been trying to contact chess.com support for a 100$ unnoticed charge I cannot afford to pay. When I has reached out to try diamond subscription for free I was never noticed that chess.com would charge me -->100$<-- without any warning or email or anything. A week has passed since I sent the first support email and nothing... not even a "we'll reach you when we can" email. I feel helpless and don't know that to do.
