Chess.com won't start new games (doesn't find me an oponent)

Starting yesterday, chess.com doesn't find me an oponent when I start a new game. Doesn't matter what time control I choose, it acts like it is doing when it's wating for a new player to be paired against me. But normally it takes maximum one second, now it doesnt find me a a  oponent even after several minutes. 

So it must be some sort of software bug. I'm using my android tablet (only device where I use). Everything else works normal, I can solve puzzels or play against the computer.

Is this a known bug? What shall I do, uninstall and reinstall chess.com app?

Uninstall/reinstall is probably a good idea.

Re-installed but still doesn't work. And I also installed app on another device (mobile phone). Still didn't work until I logged out and play as a guest. But when I logged in again same thing, doesn't find me an oponent. 

So it must be something about my account I guess. Are there any settings I can have accidently changed‽ Can you somehow select rating range of your oponent?

You can use More > Custom Game and set ranges.

I cant find the setting you refer to, is it the same on android app?

I don't think this setting it is the reason for my problems though (I never even know there was such a setting and I can't  see how I accidentally could have changed it. 

And I still can not start a game. Any ideas? 

I did contact support but the haven't answered yet. I'm a paying member but can't play any games...

On Android it's New Game > More > Custom Game and make sure the range is wide enough around your current rating.

 

It's just a suggestion to see if there might be an issue on your device using the quick method.

I have the same problem. The settings are not the issue because I’ve chosen a range of 500 elo points with a standard format. The app keeps fruitlessly searching for an opponent. I’ve never had this problem before. I’m also a paying member.

Solved: I accidentally had “unrated” on

My settings are 

Random

Standard

Rated game = On

+/- 200

It still doesn't find me an oponent.

Now it worked! 

But it took something like 30 sec to find an oponent. Before problems started it was instant or max 1 sec. So Im still not convinced problem is really solved.

I have the same problem. I was playing in several 1/0 bullet tournaments earlier this evening (Eastern Time) and everything was fine. Then suddenly in the middle of a tournament it stopped pairing me. I cannot get paired in any subsequent 1/0 tournaments (past 90 minutes or so). Also I cannot connect to 2/1 bullet either. (However 3/2 and 10/0 still work.)
I used the chess.com app on my iPad.

With me the problem hasn’t gone away completely either. I get paired, but it takes considerably longer than in the past. I play 30 min and 60 min games, rated, with a wide rating range.

Update: Everything went back to normal for me after a couple of days.

Hello, I am having this issue. It is searching for an opponent and doesn't put me into a match. When I refresh and check my archive of games it's shows my rated has gone down from a loss. I am around 910 elo for rapid.

Note, it also does it with blitz.
