Chess mobile App not Working

It has been 2 days now that the mobile app is not loading and stuck at the loading screen below. I am able to play online accessing the website through via mobile or desktop. I have tried reinstalling the app and restarting my device but the problem is still persisting. I am using an iPhone with OS14.2. Anyone else experiencing the issue?

same issue with me. only website works not app.

I have same problem - I used apple to set it up and never used my computer

Guess I’ll forfeit all my games after a day or two of not being able to move

any suggestions?

What app version are you on? You can sign into the website using your Apple account credentials.

I’m in Vietnam, everything was fine until few days ago. Can’t login in the app but everything works fine on a website. 

Only VPN helped. I used USA.

It may just be a DNS issue:l for those in Vietnam (may only be one provider)

Changing the DNS server may allow it to work.

Same thing is happening to me I have no idea how to fix it chess is the only thing for me to do.😭
