Chess opening explorer 1.2
no this is extension in google chrome https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/chess-opening-explorer/fijncdcfiafomlkmhkhnjnfcaolddoca

Well, this forum is for site support and that is a third-party tool. You should ask for support from the developer.
Also, that utility would be against the TOS on the site for use in any active games since the database includes numerical engine evaluations.
this extension supported by chess.com if you add it to chrome you will know what i mean there is many ppl use it its only on online chess .. generally i like speed chess bullet and biltz and im better on speed chess .. opening traps forced me to use database and thank you

I'm sure it isn't supported by the site. That is, the site didn't code it and won't troubleshoot why it doesn't work. The site has its own opening explorer and use of databases in online/correspondence that contain numerical evaluations from engines, is not allowed.
Opening databases are absolutely not allowed in Live games.

what is your problem ? what do you want ? i need a help here !! its just opening explorer like the opening explorer of the site and all opening explorer of other sites but the difference its for anyone its free http://chessok.com/?page_id=352 see !! but they make it a extension on google chrome and its only on online chess games and this is a example

I don't have a problem. You need to talk to the author of the extension. Which is not chess.com.
I was also pointing out that databases that include numerical engine evaluations are against the rules here. That is another reason the site doesn't support it (in addition to the fact the opening explorer here is a premium feature). Other sites also have databases and as long as they don't give an engine score on the moves they are fine to use.

Martin_Stahl is correct.
Engine analysis falls under the realm of "outside assistance" and is not permitted in Online Chess or Live Chess.

Interesting. OP, if you contacted the developer and requested the option to not have the +/- Eval column (ideally an on/off toggle would be best since after a game while you are researching it might be useful - though to be honest, an evaluation after move 1,2,3 is fairly silly unless you're headed to fool's mate in which case the evaluation would not help) then it could be used during turn-based or Vote Chess.
In a live game nothing outside of your own knowledge or skill is allowed. These games are a test to yourself and your ability so far -- what have you learned and can you apply it? You do yourself and your opponent a disservice by using tools that are not allowed.
What happens is that it takes much longer to improve than it would take if you learned where your ignorance lies, forcing you to study and come into your true strength.

...
The main problem is those databases go much farther than 3 moves in many of the variations. I haven't used that particular one before, so don't know how deep it goes.

Of course they go deeper than 3 move, Martin. I was only observing the pointlessness of having an evaluation so early in the game -- there's a lot of chess left to play and at most people's level the evaluation is useless so early.
I'm not disbuting the inappropriateness of the evaluations, but if the database did not contain them then it would be fine.
Computers blindly follow orders. It was a bad attempt to find some amusement in the graphic the OP posted. My apologies if it was misconstrued. I repeat: The key to improvement is failure. You MUST lose to get better -- the sooner you rely on yourself the sooner you will become stronger!
