For some reason premium memberships for the mobile apps have to be entered manually and Billing is running a bit behind. That's the bad news. The good news is that you won't lose any days of membership; it will start when they activate it. I know it sucks to wait but Billing has just been getting slammed with new business. Diamond is great, by the way...

As far as I know (and I'm just an old dude trying to help out and kill a little time...) your password and username should work on any of the platforms. They used to try and get stuff done in 48 hours, then it got changed to 3 or 4 working days. Right now, I honestly don't know how far behind they are. Sorry.
I bought Chess Premium Diamond on my phone for my account, it says I bought it and the charge went through, but I don't have any of the account features. And when I press upgrade account again, it says that I have the subscription for the next year.
