I bought Chess Premium Diamond on my phone for my account, it says I bought it and the charge went through, but I don't have any of the account features. And when I press upgrade account again, it says that I have the subscription for the next year.

For some reason premium memberships for the mobile apps have to be entered manually and Billing is running a bit behind.  That's the bad news.  The good news is that you won't lose any days of membership; it will start when they activate it.  I know it sucks to wait but Billing has just been getting slammed with new business.  Diamond is great, by the way...

Ok, thank you, do you have any idea of when I can access the premium, and if it will carry over to pc chess as well

As far as I know (and I'm just an old dude trying to help out and kill a little time...wink.png) your password and username should work on any of the platforms.  They used to try and get stuff done in 48 hours, then it got changed to 3 or 4 working days.  Right now, I honestly don't know how far behind they are.  Sorry.
