Update (problem solved).
It looks like an issue with my tablet; long story short, I'm finding numerous "incompatible" apps and after talking to Google, there is sn issue with my country not registering or being indicated properly.
Chess.com Android App & Nexus 7

At the Google Play site for the Chess.com app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.chess&hl=en,
I get the message, "This app is incompatible with your device."
My device information is:
ASUS Nexus 7 (mini tablet)
Chrome 28.0.1500.64
OS: Android 4.3.0; Nexus 7 Build/JSS15Q
Perhaps the current OS version or the "Nexus 7 Build" has an issue, or perhaps it is new and requires a tweaking of the app (I have no idea).
