Chess.com logging me out?

Yeah, so nearly every time I'm on here I get logged off at least once. Usually while I make my moves; I'll hit Submit Move and then I'll suddenly be logged off.

I didn't like walk away or anything, I log on, do various things on this website, and then have to re-login because chess.com apparently logged me off.

What's up? Anyone else back me up on this?

I had it happen the other day, but it's the only time it's ever happened to me. But Chess.com is definately pretty screwy lately.

I have that problem too lately, especially when I try to post in the thread who is the biggest fan of chess.com.

Yeah, same here. It just logged me out after I attempted to post a comment on that thread.

  So it isn't just my imagination!       (Now at least, I know I'm not the only one.)

I have always had that problem; it happens at random times.

Now what are the chances of the 5 of us colliding on a new thread like this?

 Firefox 12.  Windows XP.

Firefox 31 on Debian Wheezy.

Firefox. Open source is the way to go.

Thanks for the info! Looks like we may need to look into the firefox issue. Can I have you all update to the latest version of firefox and disable all plugins just to be sure?

Happens fairly frequently to me as well--but it's this Italian Internet Service that's at fault, not Chess.com.

Interesting. It also logs me off, but only chesscom app. My phone is HTC HD2 if it helps. Oh, and I also use it without Google Play Services 'app', maybe this is the reason? However, when I log in after the issue, the app works OK without problems.

@_Jellyfish_ you just killed my theory! Have any extensions enabled on Chrome by chance?

What kind of extensions, jac1yn?

Type chrome://extensions/ into your address bar and it'll show you a list of extensions. Try disabling everything and then clear your browsing cache and try it for a bit. If it works, there could be an issue with an extension that you have installed. Then it just becomes an issue of finding out WHICH one is causing it :)

Okay, I checked and the only extention was Google Docs. It is now disabled.
