i honestly don't know what that is.
If you look on the back, there should be a support number to call. Call them.
Chessimo
I have the same problem. The latest version of Chessimo seems to be 3.38. It does not work for me on my Vista desktop, however. I get the whirling circle and the message ' Form 1(not responding).' I was advised to uninstall and reinstall. No luck. However it seems to need dotnet 3.5 with sp1, or later. You could try that; it is a free download from microsoft. Please post if you get any solutions, ideas, feedback, etc. Good luck.

I downloaded SP1 3.5 and the problem is still there. I sent a message to their support center through their website at chessimo.com, and the reply was very poor just saying "reinstall"...I just think the software has bugs, and the vendor is not organized to fix them...plus I paid for a CD version that has not arrived after 3 weeks...it's a shame, but I recommend to stay away from Chessimo...
Try this: first check that you have Chessimo 3.38, not an earlier one. Download it again in case your current version is corrupted. Check the version number via the Properties tab. Now uninstall the present version of Chessimo using revo uninstaller in hunt mode (freeware from Filehippo, or google for it). Hunt mode removes ALL Chessimo material, unlike the normal uninstaller. Now check that dotnet 3.5 sp1 is fully up to date by using Windows updater (I assume you are using Vista). If all seems ok then do a cold reboot. Install Chessimo, register it, activate it, and try it out. If you have no success then politely but firmly continue to ask for help from the website. BTW I discovered that the first hang corrupts a module; an error message to that effect pops up, if you stare helplessly at the screen for long enough. Nil desperandum.
I bought a training sw Chessimo 3.36 and have experienced lots of problems trying to make it run in my PC. Essentially a after a few exercises the program becomes blocked/paused with the sandclock. I already contacted the manufacturer but all they suggest is to reinstall (which I have tried also several times). Has anyone experienced and -more important- found a way to fix this problem? Thanks for help.
