Chessnut Air - Game Unavailable when on random rated game

Just got my Chessnut Air in. I use the iOS chessnut app to connect, and I'm able to get it to work on lichess fine. Everything is working as is for all other app functions. I can even play against chess.com bots fine. As soon as I go to the play now tab, the little chess icon turns from green to gray and says "Game Unavailable." error message.

I got the chessnut air specifically to play chess.com rated matches with. I read somewhere on other forums that it worked on iOS unlike a few other electronic boards. Is this a recent issue? Has anybody else seen this? Time control doesn't matter as even with 30 min games it's not connecting.

Same issue here - Chessnut air worked fine for me with chess.com but stopped working a few days ago.

Lichess is still working.

Yeah I've been trying to contact them, but haven't gotten a reply yet. Just was wondering if others noticed it as a recent issue, or if chessnut wasn't supported anymore.

As far as I'm aware, ChessNut doesn't currently have any kind of official connection/support with the site and has been using other methods to work with the site boards.

Hey guys, do any of you know if it's possible to play against the engine or against a bot with an e-board on Chess.com?

Playing against bots works with chessnut air. I've been able to get it to work through the desktop client as well. Just can't play against humans on chess.com over mobile.

just got my chessnut air too. Lot of bugs, impossible to play with lichess or chess.com on blitz. The desktop app quits at the first move. Very disappointed by this chessboard !
