clocks stop and nothings happening

After last update somethings wrong wit my app. Usually when its my turn, clocks stop rolling and nothings happen when i make my move. I lose wit time because the app doesent register my move. No signs of internet problem. This sucks.
It happens exactly the same to me (2 times)
Only thing I have found is ask for a draw. Then it starts running again 🤷🏼🤷🏼🤷🏼

This happened to me three times in a row. I moved and my opponents clock didn’t start ticking down. Minutes later, as I waited for my opponent to move, the app said I lost due to time.
Yes, I have experienced this issue multiple times.
I have the same experience me some players accept the draw when I am in a winning position. It’s the only way to get the clocks ticking again. This really sucks!
I experience this a lot using iPad, not seen it on iPhone yet. when clock stops I quickly need to close the app (hard) and open it again. Very enjoying

There’s something wrong with the clocks and the connections. I’d like to hear from a moderator. I’ve been declared the loser by “abandonment” twice in three days even though it was showing that it was my opponent’s turn to move.
Yup - same. All day today.
Same here... twice in row today and two times before

I enjoy playing a fair game but there are players on this app freezing the clock ⏰ to benefit winning,just played a French player
[removed -- MS] don’t play him he is a chat and should be banned from playing,beating him hands down and froze the clock to get a win

Don’t play him
The iOS app had a bug that caused that problem. It has nothing to do with your opponent.
Update the app to the newest version that has a fix for that problem.
Last game the clock didn’t stopped and my adversary who was losing in time and peace’s the computer give to him de victory! I don’t recognize this victory! Beacause I win the game !
