Coming back to Wood League after completing Legends League in Puzzles

I have completed Legends League in puzzles, but now I am back to Woods League. I see my points are greater than 203280 and I have received the message as "Congratulations! You have prestiged 1X".
What does this mean and do I have to solve everything again?

Yes, you start over and your pawn is different. Not sure if there are any other differences.
Your pawn will keep changing each time you complete all the leagues - each time it will take on a design of an upper league: from Stone to Bronze, to Silver, to Crystal, to Elite, etc...

I’ve prestiged 1x and am back on wood. I get that. Now wood level 2 keeps repeating. I solve all the puzzles, the progress bar moves to the end and then the same level repeats. I’m stuck in a loop…

There's a recent bug with members that have previously prestiged. Staff are working on fixing the issue

There's a recent bug with members that have previously prestiged. Staff are working on fixing the issue
This has been fixed now for those impacted.
It's possible that it may drop you back to Wood 1 but should quickly get you to the correct place with a few correctly solved puzzles (depending on how many puzzles were completed while the bug was happening)
