Consecutive Wins Award

Greetings, and Hello. Dear support department. I notice that the Chess.com sight gives out awards for milestone achievements, such as length of time on your site, passing instructional test, even which pieces delivered mate. I would like to know if there is any cosideration for an award for longest winning streak. I am currently at 15 consecutive wins in a row, and I fon't plan on slowing down. With each win I grow stronger, like a boxer holding onto his title, and looking for stronger challenges. Please let me know, or seriously consider this request, as it eould be very encouraging for those of us who aren't grandmasters...YET! I go by the name of Renaissanceman165, on Chess.com, and I thank you in advance. Respectfully,  Anthony E. White

You have only played two games in the last six months.

Plus, your most recent games have been daily games, where you were previously unrated.

Your  streak is 14  rapid games but you have flat-lined. You haven't played a rapid game since last November.

Put that streak to the test today. If you lose, start a new one.

Solid challenge!

That wasn't the point I was making. I just meant consecutive wins. It's not an ego thing. I played a lot of rapid games, mostly on my phone, due to limited computer access. I stopped for a while because in rapid games, a few times, my phone was sticking, and pieces were being moved to squares I didn't want, forfeiting won positions, or hanging a piece, or it froze on me altogether and aborted the game. I was also busy with life outside of chess.  It's been a while, so I'm trying to recall if rapid chess gives me the option to check my moves before I submit them. A friend challenged me to a game of Daily Chess, and I saw the benefits in that time mode. Daily chess accomodates my schedule these days. I don't run from a challenge, and much prefer live chess, so putting the winning streak to the test is not an issue. Maybe we can play sometime. Thanks for the nice screen shot. Ciao!!!

notmtwain, you've gone to a lot of trouble, it seems, to discredit, or berate my chess playing. First, by posting a screen shot, and then by trying to correct me on the number of games I've played. "Consecutive wins" means the amount of victories I've had in a row, succesive. It has nothing to do with which time setting I used during the game, or how long it's been since I played last, on Chess.com. It means victories in a row. The subject also has nothing to do with what my rating is, or how many games I played in Daily, or Rapid mode. You're making assumptions of why I hadn't played for several months. Why should it matter? What's your point? You had no idea why my frequency of play suddenly dropped. Perhaps it went over my head, initially, because I thought this forum was for "help and support", but you have taken it as an opportunity to scrutinize what I have accomplished. My point wasn't to boast, but to suggest an "award category". You have completely taken this topic way out into left field. You seem to have taken it as a personal affront to prove something. Like in any sport, after a long layoff, though it may be intriguing as to whether I will continue my winning streak. I mentioned the number of wins I have to illustrate how nice it would be to receive awards for successive wins. Why not? This site gives awards for how many articles we've read, and how often we've logged into the site. If you're going to post s screenshot of my page, it would be more courteous to ask first. I already know what my page looks like I love a challenge, and competition as much as the next person, but  If you are issuing a challenge, then do it in a proper, respectful manner, outside of this forum. Again this forum is for "help, and suggestions" not waging, a personal beef, or rivalry. If the message received was not your intent, then it has all been a big misunderstanding.

The best way for a suggestion to be heard and/or considered is to send it to the developers.  One can do this by hovering over the help icon at the bottom left of the screen then select "make a suggestion" .

Thank you for your suggestion and feel free to submit any more that you may have happy.png

Thanks, Chris! I initially made my submission that way also. Thank you for your help. It is always appreciated.
