Tried to 'message' admin via their contact form in relation to the thread I started yesterday, as below.

However, after completing the form 'with as much info as poss' as it 'requests.. I press send and nothing happens!

This was on my laptop, not in the 'app'.

I'm sure both of these 'issues' will be a 'simple fix', now that you are aware of them.

If you try that and its still not sending, please do update your browser if it needs updating, clear your browser cache (history, cookies etc) then reload the page and try again.

 I have exactly the same problem, in 3 browsers (IE, firefox, chrome).  Please let me know how I can make contact?

Thanks Calamondin, cleared cache tried twice more, contact form still not working.

If it helps, I am trying using a new (since xmas) laptop running windows 8.1 and google chrome.

Tried the new one.  It's definitely the form, not the browser or computer set-up - if it fails on all those browsers.

Thanks for the information! I'd like to get more information if possible. We have had some users that have been able to send in tickets. So right now we're trying to work out the difference between those who can and can't. If you can each provide the following information, that'd be great. Thank you!

1. What browser and operating system are you using? (Please include all you've tried, as well as versions of both the OS and the browser)

2. Do you have any plugins or extensions installed on your browser?

3. Are you using any security software?

4. Do you see any errors on your page at all (pop-up blocked, an error in the status bar or near the address bar, etc.)? 

5. Can you please provide a screenshot of what you see AFTER you try to send the ticket? There is a great guide on how to do so here if you're unsure > http://www.take-a-screenshot.org

Hi jac1yn,

  I can provide that information - though it will take a while.  I am simply trying to get a refund as my son no longer requires premium membership, and we have just been charged an (unexpected and unrequested) renewal.

  As an IT person myself, it seems to be unbelievably complicated to contact the site.  There must be a simpler way.

No errors.

Will try screen shot later. But for the time being, on clicking the send/submit button absolutely nothing happen. Just stays as it was after completing the form. Doesn't even 'try' to send .

Just seen the message about a new iPad update coming soon, hopefully that will solve my other issue.

Okay, on the iPad app I udated to the latest version yesterday.

Now I cannot get to my games at all on the iPad!

It logs in and then shows my two games.

I select either and it goes to the game for about 5 seconds, then switches to the iPad app-store to 'Game of War - FIRE AGE' ?

I do wonder, however as mt iPad is 'old', as in an iPad 1 that runs IOS6 and cannot be upgraded now, if that is the issue? Is the new app for later versions of IOS? Sending this from my Laptop.

Just logged on with my iPhone to the app, and yes it works fine. The iPhone is on a later IOS..... So looks like I may have answered my own question?

If you look closely you should see a Cancel option in the top left corner of that ad.

Thanks, I'll look for the cancel option. Trouble is, it is 'cunningly' timed. You just get comfy picking up on a game and 'bam' its gone to the app-store.

By the way, It is not iPad1 specific, my iPhone running IOS7.1 did it today, only it went to a game called Candy Blast Mania!

This website is so triggering and i wont use it again. Only this day i have been ''randomly'' discpnnected when my opponents have 0.5 or 0.1 seconds and i have like 5 seconds left (1minute bullet chess). I have lost at least 50 ratings due to this ''internet'' issues. They only happen in that cases, they haven't occured in the beggining or the middle game.
