"Contact Us" Button Not Working

The "Contact Us" button on https://support.chess.com/article/346-contact-us (which appears to be the only way to contact chess.com if a question is not answered by the FAQs) does not work - pressing it doesn't do anything. I reported a bug using the "Report a Bug" feature under the Help menu (although I had to do it from the main site, because the support.chess subdomain doesn't have that option), but I haven't gotten a response and I can't find a way to see the status of the bug report or if it was received at all.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Does someone on this forum have the ability to check the status of the bug report?

Chrome version 108.0.5359.125 and Microsoft Edge version 108.0.1462.54

I'm not seeing any issues. Though it looks like you have to use the search now, then click the Ask icon

Martin_Stahl, thanks. On https://support.chess.com/article/346-contact-us, what do you see when you press the "Contact Us" button?

Also, could you tell me on what page you find the Ask button you showed?

I click the button and get a dialog with some suggestions and a search option. Clicking the search icon, or actually searching for something, shows the Ask option which allows a ticket to get opened.

I tried switching to a different computer and I found that the "Contact Us" button works fine and presents the "Instant Answers" popup/chat that Martin_Stahl mentioned. It seems likely that something specific to the configuration of my other computer is preventing the "Contact Us" button from working and this is not a general problem.
