I had the same issue a few weeks ago, I would send an email to Customer Service to make sure they are aware of the issue on your account. Most likely the developers are making some changes to the system and this is causing glitches; perhaps in a few days you will be able to create a tournament as usual.

Hello! Why cannot I create my new tournement? I fill in all necessary fields and click "Create". And nothing happens. I've created more than 50 tournements since December 2017.
